These days it seems like people who have short hair grow long hair overnight and the truth is that they are using the newest trend called hair extensions. Hair extensions can be any length of hair and any hair color. Many Hollywood stars such as Madonna, Demi Moore, Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson, who has her own line of hair extensions. They give your hair a whole new look. There are many different types of extensions such as clip on, slip on and heat-sealed.
These different types of extensions also depend on how long you want to keep these extensions in your hair. The longer you want them in say for about 4 months, a stylist will heat seal in the extensions. This is when you braid the hair and the extension underneath your hair and then add the bonding glue and then they use a heating apparatus to seal the extension to the existing hair.
A professional can only put in this type of extensions. If you try doing this yourself you may end up burning your hair or you can end up with uneven hair or much worse. It may cost a little bit but it is worth it to get your hair looking better than it ever has. You want to look the best you have to go to the best. |
